The box set comes with the double lenti, the 4K UHD lenticular edition, and the special pack (which has the same lenticular slip as the single lenti, but no steelbook inside).

I don't think the $109 includes the fees. That is just the base price. HDzeta charges about $25 for shipping plus add the HDN fees and I think you are close to the $150. Of course, I hope I am wrong.

The Manta box had about a $15 fee but no word on shipping yet. Of course, it's a different person running the GB and a different base price for the box. I don't know how HDN determines their fees, if it's like a % tax or flat rate.

I have very little experience with this but if you click on a past group buy or even one that is still going, I believe you will see that it is a % system and it tells you how much that % is.

But then that may be for simpler group buys such as a single steelbook.

The GB is long gone gone, the pre order on their site as well, but there might be some cancelations nearer the release date, so it's worth checking out their Facebook page as they always give heads up before restocking
