Group Buys are a convenience and are set up to help those that live in opposing countries than what the steelbook is released in. The Group Buy host will accept the money from the GB participants and in doing so allows for that person to obtain a steelbook from a source that does not regularly ship to your country. For instance, since you live in England, steelbooks that are sold at Future Shop in Canada do not ship outside of Canada and the GB host will help you to obtain it. Same goes for other countries and other group buy hosts.
