I'm confused. Are there 2 different exclusive slipcovers or 1 (with the other different cover of amaray) based on pic in OP?

I'm guessing since it's a Lenticular slip, they are showing both images, as when you move it left to right.

Doubtful. Best Buy U.S. just started receiving Future Shop exclusive Steelbooks over the last year or two. These exclusive slipcovers are probably staying in Canada.

Highly doubtful since it a FS Exclusive, same thing as with The Woman in Black lenticular slipcover, BB never received it.

Though it is very possible for Best Buy in the U.S. to receive Future Shop exclusives since they now own FS, you're right that it's highly unlikely that they'll receive these slipcovers. Best Buy does receive the occassional FS exclusive Steelbook, but for the most part, Best Buy and Future Shop stay seperate entities (partly due to the fact that Canada also has Best Buy stores).
