I have this one as well and I like it very much.

The only comparable collectible is the 1:3 scale Cinemaquette Alien which I dislike because of the piroetting pose. While some have complained about the "nosferatue" like pose, I think it fits with the tone and style of the movie very well.

The best anatomic representation in terms of accuracy is probably the Sano version but it is just a little too small for my tastes (1:5 scale).
