Regarding the rights we want to be very precise.
These are the original SIAE labels.
SIAE (https://www.siae.it/en) is the organ that in Italy certifies the copyright and no product can be marketed without.
Naturally these certifications are very expensive, but necessary because the product can be defined as "official".

Am I correct when I say you bought the Hellboy box at Cine-Museum, and it was destroyed by customs after Cine-Museum sent it to you?

This is impossible because Cine-Museum complete Import process from China and there's no customs inside Europe.
we have never sent a copy of Hell Boy outside European community.

It seems Mr. larson1977 is not a Cine-Museum fan

You should check better the conditions of sale of Cine-Museum before intervening and clarify your ideas because Cine-Museum is not directly responsible in terms of the law of the rights regarding each product (no store in the world can guarantee this unless it is a shop that only treats one particular brand) and this thread is about Assault on precinct 13 and not Cine-Museum license.

The user also specified that he was not referring to Cine-Museum for the Hellboy problem that could also be bought on other stores.

If you are the seller (consumer pays you as a company), you as a company are responsible (https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/sell-abroad/client-guarantee-redress/index_en.htm)

This post concerns CME#01 but if you keep writing inaccurate things we will be happy to get you to write from our legal department that wrote the terms of sale.

Since you have much confusion about the conditions of sale of the stores, I would kindly ask you to leave the space to collectors to comment on the subject of the thread ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13.

This thread.....
But to be honest, this CME#1 looks good :)

This is what i like talking about on Collector's Communities... criticism and reports of defects help us to improve the work and are absolutely welcome!
As collector and Cine-Museum owner, we are working with the collectors to find some "forgotten titles", which deserve a collector's edition made with passion.

We want to offer maximum transparency for our business because we know that often there's distrust towards what is new.
I am sure that every collector who will receive CME#01 in a few days will understand that we can create Premium Editions on titles never considered by other labels.

Thanks to Ninjas for support...now it's time for packaging!

Congrats Carlo, I know the hard work very well.

Thank you for your support, the first release is always the hardest...but i'm sure that we'll take energy from users and collectors to complete CME#02!
the most difficult (and expensive) thing was definitely the creation of the exclusive comic that takes some phases of the film ... but we are very happy to not have proposed the usual photo booklet!

that a translation or typo on that back yellow page? I've seen the movie once, but cant recall ... and the quote line seems a little off?

Looks like a typo unfortunately... the correct quote is "It's an old story with me. I was born out of time."

We are already proceeding to print a sticker with the correction that can be applied on the wrong page.

We thank you for reporting and cis for the incredible mistake ... probably it was a problem of communication between the graphic designer and the company that provided the press.

Sticker? Hmmm.....I was tempted to pre-order if there was going to be a proper replacement and not just a sticker.

All copies are sealed and ready for shipments. actually this mistake is just on half production because Full Slip And Lenticular has 2 different Comic Book covers
