Say it once, say it twice, but don’t you dare say it thrice! Pablo Olivera wraps up the week with Beetlejuice and takes to space with a Mobile Suit Gundam print, both for a good cause!
Pablo’s newest alternative movie poster features the B-man welcoming all of us into his world–a world full of graveyards, sandworms, and awfully unique architecture. While Pablo often focuses on more cinematic sci-fi pieces, his versatility is on full display with an excellent ode to Tim Burton and Michael Keaton’s masterpiece. Each edition gives Betelgeuse a slightly different aura and level of pizzazz, and we’re stoked with all of them!
We love all furry friends here at Bottleneck, and Pablo has graciously created a rad Mobile Suit Gundam print as a charity effort to help a friend of the gallery in need. Mobile Suit Gundam exploded onto the scene in the late ‘70s and has created a wealth of stories centered around conflict, specifically conflict amongst humans and armies who have access to giant, battle-ready robots. Pablo’s print is a massive robot sword slash of nostalgia for us, and we’re excited to dip our toes more into some anime.
100 percent of the profits from Pablo’s prints will be directly donated to furry friend Rocko’s recovery gofundme. Rocko’s full surgery costs will total around $3,600, and we’re hopeful to get him and his wonderful owners some financial help.
