U.S. Target version is $12 less. I guess the decision rests on whether you need the 3D, seeing as the steelbook art are the same.

I'd gladly pay the extra $12 for the 3D, especially since those Disney jerks aren't making it available in 3D in the States. And I like the Zavvi cover better anyway. Win-win.
