I'm gonna be that guy... And I'm normally not... But this release might have one of the best lenticulars followed up by one of the weakest rear images ever. And not the image selection, but the actual resolution/quality of it. Is it supposed to be like that? Looks pixelated af.

Looks like someone just grabbed a low rez copy of the image from Google Images, complete with jpg compression/artifacts.

Uploaded some images of mine (at the max file size limit per image allowed here). You can see it most evident in the pink artifacts in the sky, the blurry light on top of the Spinner, etc. And no, the blurriness/pixelation/artifacts are NOT the result of my Essential Phone's camera

That's just what it looks like.

Agree with you both, the same happened with the Edge of Tomorrow single lenti, but this stands out even more

I have no idea how the approval process actually works. But maybe the studios don't get/need the files which actually go to the printer but are satisfied with mockups (which always look fine)? Maybe the printer is to blame because they did something wrong (it happens)? The latter seems rather unlikely, though, because it happened before, as others have stated (EoT).

In hindsight, I'm not that upset anymore I missed out on the "full single lenti package", to be honest.

I know it´s been praised to the sky already, but goddamn! that front lenti is just simply stunning. I have it on display since it came which is almost two weeks now and It still catches my eyes everytime I go around. When this lenti gets lot of light and you looking at it from little distance (cca 2m) it´s just astonishing, so colorful, bright and crisp!! It stands out between all the other lentis around, so gorgeous!

I don´t think any other premium edition of BR 2049 will beat this, even despite that sloppy back side. This lenti is simply from another world

Eeeh btw, no @schnauzithomas the steelbook is NOT embossed, it´s flat as pancake.

it's ok in my opinion. when you move it slowly from left to right and right to left then it's good.
