i voted matte....Its not a colorful steel that would be eye popping with glossy. A satin or matte would be fine for this IMO
That's crazy, I can't see how a dull matte finish would look anywhere near as good as glossy especially on a dark steelbook like this. You need it to be gloss to bring the colours out and make them pop.Currently matte is leading the Facebook poll.

This only works if the option to be able to view who's voted is selected during the poll creation stage, so it may not be available on all polls FYI.

It's there for me, but the thread was merged/brought over from the Slipcase section, so maybe that could have something to do with why you're having issues finding it in the Steelbook section. Interestingly I can't see it neither on my phone (Safari) nor on my PC (Firefox). It could have to do with the poll added, since prior to that everything was normal.
The FB poll currently stands at 44 votes for gloss and 43 for matte, so pretty much 50/50 at the moment. From what I can understand (the translation feature on there is useless!), the majority of matte voters seem to be complaining that gloss is "sensitive" and prone to scratches etc.
55:6 @ God's own HDN. Gloss obliterates matte anytime. Matte means cutting corners and costs.
