A lot of celebrities have been added. Star Trek Next Generation reunion. A couple of guys from Big Bang Theory. Karl Urban is back, but this time more expensive.

I'm definitely heading out, but think I'm only going to attend Saturday. I'm wanting to get signatures from Danai, Karl, and Michael Jai White, plus a photo with Karl.

Arrow should be fun. I have a print coming in the mail and 3 cast members will be at dragon con next month so I hopefully I can get all 3.

alright awesome, two Ninja's repping the Con. We should meet up at some point on Saturday. Purchased my Saturday pass last week and my ticket to the Cubs/Orioles game a few days ago. Booked my hotel, too. Only staying one night so I was really tempted to go all out and stay at like the Waldorf Astoria or Trump Towers, but felt I couldn't be that big of a dick. Settled on Sofitel through an Expedia unpublished rate.

New Drama Series ‘Gotham’ To Screen @ Wizard World Chicago Comic Con

Be there on Saturday at 1 p.m when Fox 32 Chicago presents an exclusive screening of highly anticipated new drama series GOTHAM. It’s part of the robust programming schedule at Wizard World Chicago Comic Con, free to all attendees.

Two of the series stars, Camren Bicondova (Selina Kyle) and Cory Michael Smith (Edward Nygma) will be in attendance at the screening, which will take place in Room 24 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Following the screening, Bicondova and Smith will do a half-hour autograph signing (2-2:30 p.m.).

Be one of the first to experience the dangerous and compelling world of this iconic city brought to life. GOTHAM premieres Monday, Sept. 22 at 8/7c on FOX.

Maybe next year I will try to have Shatner and Picard sign some stuff. Maybe Stan Lee too.

I thought the Con was good, but admittedly I was a little underwhelmed after Philly. Artist Alley had 0 screenprint artists. Bruce Campbell's Horror Fest booth did have 2 pretty nice ones, but I couldn't find a tube vendor so I had to pass.

I decided to attend the Gotham screening over getting Patrick Stewart's autograph. And the episode was pretty good, btw, and they had 3 stars instead of the 2 that were advertised, Erin Richards was there too, but the autograph session was by lottery and I didn't win.

The Karl Urban Q&A was pretty good. He mostly told stories about pranks. One thing that rubs me though are some of the questions people ask. Like, you're standing there, able to ask Karl Urban anything you want, and you ask Karl Urban about Sean Bean. The same thing happened at the Linda Hamilton & Michael Biehn Q&A in New Orleans. Some guy asked what they thought about Brandon Lee.

Was a little disappointed meeting Michael Jai White. That went a little something like....

Me, "Really good to meet you Michael. Black Dynamite is such a great movie. Do you think you could write something like "don't trust Nixon"?"
Michael, "that wasn't a line from the movie."
Me, "yeah, I know. Do you think you could just write a quote from it than?"
Michael, "uhh..........I can't believe I can't think of anything........I wrote the movie but nothing is coming to mind."

Overall it was a super awesome weekend. I flew 1st Class for the first time, met Karl Urban, saw an amazing concert, and almost witnessed a no-hitter. Good times.
