I need to start making an effort to go to these events. I'd love to get signatures from Stan, RR, Linda Blair, Alan Tudyk, & the Walking Dead cast that are in attendance, and I'd get my picture taken with Steve Guttenburg.

Walking dead cast is usually nuts. Norman Is the longest wait usually. Some of the girls who wait in line are literally nuts :hilarious:

Its def fun. Chicago will be my third convention ever.

I have been to a stargate one. then a comic con out side detroit (cluster f this year because they did not expect a jump of almost 20,000 extra people)

I like to travel and this is a good way to shift where I spend my extra $$$

WWChicago starts in just over 16 hrs :oohyeah:

I cant wait till Saturday!

Im going to have to spend tomorrow figuring out what I will now have to have Robert sign. A ITEM I purchased on the 29th has yet to be shipped out... Im NOT a happy camper  I dont understand why It takes so long to ship something out :(

Good luck to everyone going hopefully you see who you want to see.

I will be looking to see if I see anyone carrying steelbooks :hilarious:

I was shocked to see Lionsgate there when I went upstairs where all the comic stuff was at.

very nice! Did you end up doing the Smallville photo op? How hot is Sara Underwood in person?

Yes I did and it was a BLAST!

She was really cute however I did not meet her because she did maintain a fair size line. I do wish I could have attended one extra day but oh well.

Looks like you were quite busy! The Firefly steel looks great, the signatures seem to pop on the dark color steel, nice contrasts. I'm jealous you were able to meet Morena. But where's Alan Tudyk? He was so great in Tucker & Dale.

I was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I had the photo op 45 minutes after the floor opened to us.if I missed that time then I was out of luck getting my $$ back. So about 11 am I hit the floor Alan and summers lines were about dead even well over 150 people in each line. After about a hr or so she had a break and they told everyone to scram and re line up later. So during that time I managed to get like 4 other autographs during her break. Roberts line was slammed busy as well so I decided to go back to summers. Where I spent another hr and a half maybe before she had to go do firefly photo ops with other cast members Then a break. They told us to scram again but gave out #cards so we could pick up where we left off . So I was like ok and went and spent about a hr to get Roberts since it calmed down. For him. Then went up stairs to explore comic area where I found free posters. Went back down because summer was coming back for 1 hr before she went to the firefly panel.got about 16 people away before she left . So I and many others sat their and they let us. She came back and I finally got her autograph only because I had my # card they turned about 50 people who were not in line away. She was supposed to be done at 6:30 I just made it. Alan still had about a hundred people or so or more in his line but he stopped signing at 5 pm I believe.

I'm bummed I couldn't get his but that's the thrill of the chase I guess .

Wizard worlds next show is here in Ohio and I'm hoping they add at least 1 firefly member. ( prefer Alan or fillion)

nice that looks expensive though

Thanks. Yeah it did cost me a bit but it was worth it completely. Have been putting away money for a while tho and cut way back on steel books since so many have been cranked out.

Yeah, these shows can get crazy if you're trying to get all these autos.....you can miss the show basically just standing in line EEK! I usually have a time limit i give myself for a line. If it looks over 30 minutes or so, i don't bother. I rather attend the rest of the show rather than waste time....

Yeah I went a bit crazy with signatures and I still did not get everyone :hilarious:

Chicago was SLAMMED . Another frustrating thing was I had originally planned for The ohio WW but they had no one lined up that I really wanted to see. Chicago was last minute and I managed to have people to go with me.

I plan on going all 3 days for ohio so I can spend more time on the floor and check out artist ect.
