I submitted a request to them, for their web devs to add a 'Clear Cart' button, or to be able to enter a number and then update within the cart. That was a couple of months ago and I just got the canned "Thanks for your email" reply. Nothing more.

Done that before, although I entered 3,000 for something! I then spent nearly an hour trying to find a way to delete temporary files and cookies etc, then logged into my account on a different PC to discover that the checkout amount is kept at their end. I considered abandoning my account there and then, but painstakingly spent another 45 minutes manually clicking the -1 button. Won't be making that mistake again in a hurry!
