It's been mentioned under another thread.
As far as I understand, it's not officially licensed?
But I might be incorrect. I'm fairly new to this game.

I don't know if it's licensed, I just found it and was surprised no one wrote about it.

There was quite a long discussion under another thread but I forget which one now. Maybe...
The Godzilla Manta lab one because KOSM has also begun a Godzilla Minus One set too, this one sparked all the official/unofficial debate off.
Obviously, I may be wrong about it.
Others with more experience in this circle can comment with more accuracy I'm sure.

I have no idea about all these licenses either.
