The best part is that there is a rumor from a SDCC that an employee mentioned there being an X Force variant in the works for Sideshow's annual Black and White event. Me being a Deadpool lover would have to get both. I just cross my fingers that it's 2013, and not this year.

Probably 2013. Even the most aggressive release dates recently have been December 2012, and then there's the inevitable Sideshow delay.
