Looks like Amazon is tracking Walmart prices. The Town decreased from $14.99 to $7.50 only a few hours ago. CLICK HERE

EDIT: It does say "Ultimate Collector's Edition" but the item listing shows the digibook cover. Also, the list price is $24.98, which would suggest that it is in fact the digibook version and not the more expensive ultimate collector's set.

Yes, digibooks from Netherlands have text in English, as well as Warner digibooks in Italy (Actually they are the same digis from US).
