Time Warner tried to impose caps in certain parts of the country, but it didn't turn out well for them so for now I am still without cap limitations.
We use Cablevision, so far, so good, but a local competitor (Comcast) has imposed restrictions in our area, apparently.
some providers in the uk charge by the GB of you go over your limit, mine tried to say i was going over mine but once i told them they state "unlimited downloads" they said yes but within reason, i then said ok im off but since then they havent said a word lol.
