The steelbook looks sensational!! By chance, is this the same director behind "Kill Her Goats"? The same distributor for that sent me an email bout this.

That steelbook was quite pretty, but the film was god awful I tried rewatching it recently and had a fit of laughs. Couldn't bring myself to finish it.

According to the website, it seems the movie is finished, the Kickstarter is to make the steelbook. IMDb might just not be updated or the release date might not be 100% closed. Don't take everything you see on IMDb as the bible.

Hey dude, I'm open to anything. Wasn't enamored by Kill Her Goats - it definitely catered for a certain type of audience - but I'm willing to give everything a try once.
BTW, from an art POV, the Steelbook design is fantastic.

Well huh... I'd say on a positive note it looks like there is more deaths in this film than Kill Her Goats.

$40-45 for a steelbook is a bit much though - if I'm not paying that for Prey, I'm definitely not paying it for a Fog rip-off.
But I will buy it later for $25-30, if it gets made...
