Except the USA and Canada are getting this (albeit with different artwork due to it being released by Warner there) and there's a poll for possible UK Steelbook titles, of which Face/Off is included and doing well. It is also released by Touchstone in the UK, so if a Steelbook does get released the artwork will probably be the same.
