Yeah I have no idea where I would put him once I get him, if I get him. I think I'm probably better off with 1/6 scale but I didn't really like the 1/6 scale HULK that SideShow has, I like this one. In any case I have to wait as he's really expensive and I want to test the waters with something else like maybe a Predator Classic first to see if I'm going to like collectible action figures or not.

Man dont watch the Avengers special disc bonus feature lol ... then you will really want this! I do!!! haha.

I've got this pre-ordered but have no idea where to put this. Have about 9 months to find somewhere safe where it:
- doesn't scare my 1 and 2 yeard old (when it is released)
- doesn't get damaged by my 1 and 2 year old!

I did notice that the flex pay option it says "as low as $108 a month" or something ... if you choose the 6x option its actually lower at like $98.xx

just sayin....

this piece is pretty high on my want list ... I might grab...

Wreck have you used that Flex pay before? Lets say that you do the 6 month plan and what if one month you want to put more than the standard $98 in, will it let you do that or are you committed to the standard amount and no more?

Unfortunately the standard ... which I hate. I wish you could buy gift cards there or credit that you could apply to orders. But the good thing about flexpay on the pre-order stuff is they set it up that no matter what plan you pick you ar still getting your item shipped when everyone else does if the item is far enough out. Like this hulk for example.

They do have a neat calendar thing there so you can always see what payments you have coming up etc. With the few things I did flex pay on ... I basically set it up so that instead of having items with overlapping months I chose the payment plans so like when one item was totally done the next one started the month after.(but that was cus i bought very big items ; with smaller stuff lik 1/6 scales i guess i would be/could be more careless) You can also choose the date it charges so can try to plan that around when you get paychecks etc. ie. if beginning of month is best or middle of month etc.

But in any case, they send automatic emails that say something like "your flexpay payment will be charged in the next 3 days" or the like ... Then if for some reason you miss a payment it will automatically try to recharge the next week on a friday. And last but not least in regards to shipping as that is your final payment .... you normally get like a 3 week notice or on the newsletter like a month ahead it says what items wil be coming in that next month and shipping. On my Thor hammer they got some in early and just emailed and asked if I wanted them to ship nowo and charge me. I didnt do flex on that one so maybe thats why they asked.

ps. I think they may have gotten rid of taxes for those outside of California.

OK cool but one thing I'm a little unclear on. After choosing how many payments you want it says in red that the final payment does NOT include shipping. How do we know how much it will be for shipping because I sure don't want to be surprised with an enormous last payment?

If you contact them they can tell you what the exact shipping costs will be, but it does take a few days for SS to get back to you. To deliver to the UK is not cheap for me thats why I ordered from a UK site instead as it works out all the same.

I don't think contacting them will do any good right now. This is what there contact info said for there products.
Firm shipping quotes can only be-given for in stock items or for pre-order product that is approximately 14 days from arriving into our warehouse.

If I wanted to do a Flex Pay now I still wouldn't know how much the shipping would be for this. For the HULK it does say.
Oversized Item
The shipping cost will be calculated on dimensional weight rather than product weight for this item due to its oversized dimensions.

So just the regular weight price would be $31.28 but since this item is oversized they will base there shipping on weight and box size. I have no idea how big the box for this thing would be. I'm just guesstimating here but probably twice it's regular weight price which would put it somewhere in the neighborhood of $60.

Wait!? What!? If I set up a 6 payment plan for this my final payment would be in March and this HULK ships out in February. From what your saying is that everybody gets theirs the same time. Does that mean there going to ship this out to me before I've finished paying for it? EEK!

oh, not the case ... but a few weeks ago when I checked there was still time.

And also, btw .. many times there are delays. So if they say its Feb ... it could easily get pushed back a couple/few months. While they try their best not to have that issue I've seen it happen a couple times .... infact my thor hammer was pushed back like 4 months.

Alright ........ I pulled the trigger! Last expensive thing before the Baby comes lol.

Well even if you didnt choose flexpay it wont charge you the final amount till ready to ship but there is a non-refundable deposit on day of order. So if you do flex now you can pay just a bit over $100 per month. It's going to be one huge epic statue the specs are crazy on this.
