Plain Archive is excited to announce the release of I Saw The Devil Steelbook. We've been asked by Blue Kino, another Korean Blu-ray company to design the Steelbook edition which will be PLAIN ARCHIVE's exclusive.
We were hoping to release the world's first Steelbook edition of I Saw The Devil, but Zavvi announced its own before we could. The news made us reconsider the project, but with director Kim Jee-woon's support, we couldn't drop it.
I Saw The Devil Steelbook will be released under the approval of director Kim, and we are working on the artwork as we speak.

i received my 1/4 slip today. this is probably the most beautiful steelbook in my collection. unfortunately the spine is somehow misaligned. i already shot PA an email, but does anybody know how good their customer service is? shipping this thing back and waiting for an exchange (if they have any?) is gonna be a real pain in the... haha

Is it too bad align? The spine of mine is a slightly shifted left. I emailed them about this. But they said that my spine is normal. So I accepted their proposal. It's 5% partial refund.

hm, then id even rather go through the whole shipping back process. mine is shifted to the right and touches the edge of the plastic underneath it

Be careful with the booklet in the Full slips

The edge of the booklet red part if rubbed with a cloth the ink can come off
Don't attempt to clean the edge of the booklet

Luckily for me I have exact same ink to repair it

Just watched theatrical cut. This was my first time watching this movie. Only thing which is downer about this release is extra content do not have subtitles in English. Wanted to see the movie with director's commentary.
