For a movie? A ton. You'll probably be required to print a certain a mount. Then you'll most likely have to pay licensing fees of some sort.

I'm not saying we have to sell them... So we shouldn't have to pay any fees. We're only printing them for the few of us that would want them.

I print custom covers all the time... The hardest part would be getting it printed onto the cardboard and having it glued correctly...
