Funny enough this was one of my last MP group buys until the owner pulled a fast one on a load of us who ordered the UHD Club Blade Runner and it never turned up, yet he was selling about 20 of them on ebay for triple mark up. Thought I'd add my two bits worth on the A2 front.

As @samdavies mentioned previously, the slipcase image resolution isnt high enough with some areas having an odd pixelation here and there. It's by no means bad in the slightest and, he k, maybe that's the look WeET we're going for. Dunno.
It's only really on the front and mainly focused at the top. The back of the slip is perfectly fine imo.

BTW, it's not the texturing either, that's clearly on the back and front, don't get confused with the texture. You can see that in the black on the reverse of the slip.

I tried to capture the pixelation but it keeps coming out soft. The image on the front is sharper than my photo, don't worry. Sorry.
You can kind of see the pixelation on the top front of black hole going across at an angle left to right.


The steelbook is glorious though.

Images straight from the camera (Google Pixel 9 Pro) kept neutral. No tampering.

(Edit for incorrect wording - the resolution Isn't high enough)

Yeah, it's all the yellow/gold for me, mainly on the front. The image is too blown up. The bleed of the hue is very noticeable to me across the arch at the top. It pixelates like made along the left side and those two highlighted sections below. There’s a few huge literal blocks of it when the ring turns to a light pink.

It's a shame really. I get they wanted it to wrap around so that there was a decent amount on the back, but they'd seriously have been better off not blowing it up so much and just having more of it on the front. Or all of it on the front/spine and using a different image on the rear, like with the Manta OC box.

agree with above. got my A2 other day and the front of the slip is a huge dissappointment.

I'm just going to view it as an intentional decision and move on. No point fussing about it because I can't be arsed to swap it for another slip version. Happy to live with it. Not the best choice and I do think due to the higher interest in this release and especially this iteration of the slips, they rushed it. Simple as that I think.
A2 was the version WeET increased numbers on the most if I remember correctly.

Caught a bit of sun and blue sky. Top floor flat and sloped windows help. It's about the only part of the flat that gets any decent light. As long as it's sunny that is.

I don't think they rushed it as such, as that was the design from the start. I think they just didn't consider/care about the printed resolution of the image blown up, which is still poor either way.

It is what it is. It's not the worst slip I own, but I'm disappointed with it. I do love the steel though, so I'll be keeping that. I didn't want A1 or the lenti because I've got those on the Manta slips.

In hindsight WeET's A1 set is probably the best package for the film full stop, and if I had not already opened my Manta DL slip I would probably have just gone for that one and called it a day.

On a side note, what is reasonable to pay to get the HDzeta OC, 600, 800 over 1000?

Agreed. A1 overall seems to be the ultimate Inter release...so far at least. Blufans did an OAB Interstellar, are they likely to do an exclusive or do you think they've shut up shop on Interstellar now?

I still think they rushed. Call it Quality control, product testing, cost to loss ratio on a reprint Vs customer returns (unlikely) and I think WeET just thought. FK it. Got to get it out.

it's worth over a 1000 for sure at least on places like ebay but if you can get it cheaper then hell yeah

They definitely can. They did it with Dunkirk. Hoping they do Inception and Interstellar.
