Apologies my post is a little long but I wanted to show you lot what can possibly happen and them admitting they are still working on how to show split orders that have been paid for but show as completed and overselling.

How could you ask for a refund when you've received the Z-Box 3 months before the steel? Plus, I don't think they said "we will never sell this steel outside of that Z-Box package" on that product listing, did they?
Clever greedy move from zavvi, but stupid overall for the customer's trust and sympathy towards the company
They said so on Zbox Twitter when asked by customers and clearly replied with will only be available with the Zbox and clearly replied the steelbook wont be available on its ownHow could you ask for a refund when you've received the Z-Box 3 months before the steel? Kept a screenshot of these replies which they repeated to other customers asking the same question
If the steelbook then gets a release on its own
I can then using my rights under the sales of goods act which covers any official replies to questions they given to customer in regards to availability and description of goods for sale and any misleading information provided by the seller gives me rights to return and request a refund if this information is false or misleading
If Zavvi intend to release this steelbook on its own they will need to announce it before the Zbox is shipped to customers so customers have the option to cancel their Zbox/Steelbook order before payment has been taken and then order the steelbook on its own
If they don't customers will have rights to claim they were led to purchase goods with misleading information
Zavvi don't have much time to avoid this possibility of requests to return the Zbox as it has a release date of 31st of August
Zavvi will need to make available the steelbook to be ordered on its own before payment is taken for the Zbox to avoid customers requests for a refund if they are planning to release the steelbook on its own without the need to order the Zbox

Yes on purpose to test if been released on its own or only available as part of a Zbox Bundle
Reason to test if they announce after the Zbox has been shipped and then make the stelbook available on its own I will then use my rights to look to return the Zbox and get a refund as payment for both will have been taken but only supplied part of the order
Not disagreeing with your actions or trying to start an argument, but why go through all that trouble? This IS Zavvi we are talking about after all! I've had to go to hell and back MULTIPLE times just to get a replacement steel for an item that was damaged. I can only imagine the horror you will have to endure if this does indeed happen...
Zbox is been shipped to customers on Tuesday

I keep checking Zavvi's FB page to see what is going live this weekend in the hope it gets a single release. Going to follow your lead on this Paul as I've pre ordered it too.
Will probably have fellow ninjas walking behind me ringing a bell saying "Shame".
Plus if they do list it seperatley it could be at a higher price.(GOTG)
For me Personaly I'm happy to pay more for a steelbook Nova, Kimchi, Blufans and Film Arena to name a few, cost more but the content and quality is incredible. Hopefully Zavvi might take a chance in the future with something like this to test the water in the UK, who knows. Might go down better than the ZBOX.
I have sent Zavvi a message to provide accurate information in regards to the Steelbook availability
I asked them to provide 100% accurate information
1)Is the Steelbook exclusive to the Zbox as advertised
Renegades ZBOX with exclusive Iron Man Limited Edition Lenticular Steelbook
2)Is the Iron Man steelbook going to be made available on its own at any stage
3) If yes the steelbook will be available on its own then to make available to pre order before a Renegades Zbox has been shipped or have payment taken
I made it clear in my message that if the steelbook is announced to be available on its own after payment for the Renegades Zbox has been taken and shipped
I will be requesting a full refund as its not exclusive to the Zbox if they announce the steelbook on its own
They just replied to me with this answer

I couldn't comment on this, I will have this passed on to our trading department to confirm whether this will be released on it's own.
If they are planning to make available the Steelbook on its own you can expect this to happen very quickly as a I made it very clear to them in the message
I also said in the message if it is 100% exclusive to the Zbox that's fine but this needs to be 100% confirmed so no confusion happens later

Zavvi have said in Twitter and Facebook they are shipping on Tuesday so you can expect payment be taken most likely on Monday
Well, the wording in the description pretty much sais that when the steelbook is up for sale, you'll be guaranteed a copy, or else they would never use the word "guarantees". If its only avaliable with the Zbox, that sentence as a whole wouldnt be necessary at all in the first place, just that it would be sent in a later date.
