Oooh, I don't care about these - they're too old and laughable now, but this means others should follow, the Best Bond Brosnan ones... :D
Yeah it'll be great to get the Brosnan ones too. 6 4k Sean Connery Bond steelbooks is going to be hefty pricing to begin with I imagine... my wallet cannot wait for the George Lazenby or Timothy Dalton boxsets lol

You won't believe this but I did actually watch one of these in 4k already. Goldfinger popped up on Amazon Prime streaming here in UK, for what seemed like a week, at most. I remember it looked really nice. I kind of forgot that happened!

This also happened with Minority Report in 4k through UK Virgin Media around 2 years ago... however that looked dreadful and had substantial noticeable film damage. That disappeared a couple of weeks later and I believe it may have been some kids work experience project. No studio would ever release a 4k looking like that, so must have been a mistake before they surely amended some of the issues. I've just seen it is apparently now available in streaming via UK Netflix in 4k & Paramount US/UK... slight tangent but anyone managed to catch Minority Report 4k yet?

The Lazenby one will get the world record of the thinnest boxset ever.

BTW they’ll probably offer OHMSS and the Dalton movies in a "short lived Bonds" box. It would make sense.
Would also appreciate if the Lazenby was offered alone as it is probably one of my 3 fav Bond movies.

$140, plus shipping and vat, equates to £140. Which is what I'd probably expect this to go up for over here, if not £150-£160.

Just found this also... looks like an amaray version... for $104.99

Shocked how reasonable that initial pricing is, especially for the steelbooks!
At that price, I’d definitely opt for the Steelbook edition.
Or even better, wait for the price to drop a little and then make a purchase.
Plus, if the Steelbook design is somewhat decent, I really can't complain.

is this gonna be one of those situations where they put this out, and it's only HDR 10..... and then a year from now they'll put them out as single steelbooks with Dolby vision?
(I know...that's Sony's move with the HDR then DV- but I wouldn't put it past Warner to put out the collection and then do individual steelbooks later)
Actually- do we know if this is ONE steelbook or a set (like the LOTR steelbook set from BB)?

Thank you! Glossed over that! So - now let's hope they don't blow it on the art!!
(When they blew it on those first steelbooks I ended up getting magnets of the OG art to cover them up!)

Oh, so they're calling the steelbox a 'library case', alright.
"Unique art" lets us know it won't be the same poop art close ups of random elements from the movie's opening graphics they used last time,
I'm just hoping it won't be similarly poopy.

and then do individual steelbooks later)
They might do individual CEs, like for Dr. No, and use the original poster art there... on some of the cards:

I dont think there's been any mention of a steelbox mate... perhaps that's why the price is more reasonable than expected.
No, the "Library Case" is the steel box metal case from Scanavo.

If it wouldn't feature such outer box set, they wouldn't have included "Library Case" in the description. They would have just used "box set" or any other generic wording.
