Easily the best slips for Joker (so far), but I've lost hope of seeing it this year. As far as I am aware, CM will release the art line in order and this is #20, so Casino (#15), The Shining (#16), Rocketman (#17), Batman (#18), and It Chapter 2 (#19) all need to be shipped before this one.

What triggered your notification to come here is neither of the following;

A) An update on the release.
B) A rant about lack of update on the release.

But having seen the FA offering now it makes me look forward to this one even moreso.
I don't dislike the FA set because the artwork cover releases already purchased/seen across slips/boxes/steels, but disappointing only because it's the same again. I do think the slips/box will have a decent finish however.
The CM release intrigues me the most now based on its artwork. Although Umania is nicest set so far we definitely need something fresh at this point. Something tells me, although great quality, HDzeta's will be quite 'samey' too. We'll see.

Does anyone know any more about this yet? Having just ordered Goonies I've noticed in my account this still hasn't been dispatched yet. Are we likely to get it this year? I mean does it conform to the same restrictions that Goonies has to be dispatched this year?

Goonies has a contractual obligation to ship before the end of the year. Joker and everything else does not.

Thanks. I knew about Goonies, but wondered if Joker fell under the same contractual obligation? So I guess at this rate we just have to wait and see. I wonder if it will ship before its one-year anniversary of ordering? I ordered it in April.

Was pretty hyped originally to bag the OC but that was back in April and without hearing anything concrete for what seems an age now my enthusiasm has somewhat evaporated Same goes for the Batman/Batman Returns set...

Here's an update sent to me while I was away. The below has been re-confirmed today with Carlo.

Casino CMA#15 and Rocketman CMA#17 have been shipped.
The Shining CMA#16 is almost completed and Single versions will be shipped next week. We're assembling Box Set so all copies will be ready within15th of December.
The Shining box set will be shipped combined to Birds of prey CMA#22.

Other titles are postponed to next year:

The Goonies CME#03 - first half of january
Joker CMA#20 - end of january
Once Upon A time CMA#21 - end of jenuary/first half of february
Jaws CMA#23 - end of february
IT Chapter 2 CMA#19 - March

New preorder plan:

December 2020 - The Grinch CMA#24
January - nothing
February - Beetlejuice + 300
March - Blade
April - Gladiator + Doctor Sleep
May - Le Mans + new title

This plan depends on the new restrictions due to the covid which do not allow us to work with the full staff

I skim read and now I see it but I still don't hold out much hope.

EDIT: just seen Iron Man's update in the BOP thread and surprise surprise it isn't all of them being shipped so yea it was expecting too much.

I am not placing any more orders with them until I receive the above as these have been paid for for quite a while.

how did you spend your holidays?

We are at work completing shipments of The Shining, The Goonies Standard Edition and From Beyond CMC # 02 and will start shipping Birds of Prey soon!

Sorry for the delay due to a printing problem on a full slip that forced us to reprint the entire stock ... unfortunately this was a bad Christmas surprise for us!
However, we wasted no time and we are solving the problem.

As soon as the shipments of Birds of prey CMA # 22 have finished we will proceed with the following order:

- The Goonies CME # 03 Premium Edition
- Joker CMA # 20
- Once Upon A Time in Hollywood CMA # 21 + Monster Squad CMC # 03
- Batman + Batman Returns CMA # 18
- Jaws CMA # 23
- IT Chapter 2 + Box CMA # 19

Waiting times may also vary according to the restrictions due to the covid and we ask you to be patient because the quality you appreciated in the Casino, Rocketman and Shining, requires time and a lot of attention to all details!
