i know play.com exclusives usually have printed everything and no inside art

True but the main culprit is 20th Century Fox e.g. X-Men: First Class, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, In Time... All artwork is down to them.

Universal have some great steelbooks e.g. Kick-Ass, so I''m hopeful.

there is something I don't understand on this SB from the UK, it's called double play (Blu-Ray + DVD right ?) but I can see a third disc sometimes ! where does it come from, is the "double play" in fact a "triple play" ? thanks to tell me

why cost so high on play.com ?

It contains a Blu-ray and 2 DVDs, One DVD is for the film and the other is for extras. It's expensive because it has been OOP for a long time now.

1/ same art w/ a 3rd disc
2/ same design but without 3rd disc

is it an exclusive SB ? (No 1 ? may be both ?)

most of the items from ebay are cheaper but no 3rd disc mentioned for 90% of them

please tell me more ...

As far as I know theres only one version of this and they are all the same. It wasnt a retailer exclusive and was sold in all U.K stores.

this was the first edition i picked up, followed by the dutch edition, then the german reel heroes edition, then the play.com edition and, finally, the original german edition last week, making 5 steelbooks in total for this movie!!
guess you could say i'm quite fond of it..............

It was my first version too, I like its simple design. But I think now that my favourite is the Canadian version - love that artwork!

not too bothered about the canadian edition, doesn't do it for me, plus the italian edition has the same artwork as the dutch, so a pass on both of those........
