Yeah, kinda pointless now TWBA has been announced... that'll be the only version of these films I'll watch from here on out. Steel is nice, but the FS is the only slip I like - glad they at least put the effort in to matching the back with the front. Surprised the OC art is the weakest though, since they usually save the best art for that (not that I'm complaining!)

Can’t decide between FS or DLB. Instantly thought FS but maybe that’s just as it’s the easy classic option. DLB could end up being more interesting.

Love the steel. Happy they're still using Karl's work for LG releases, so I'll want it just for that. Slips aren't great though.

The matching red poster for KB vol2 is a horrendous primary school photophop, so that's the FS out. I've got the DLA reae on Nova FS, plus screenshots are dicey quality, so that's out too.

It'll have to be DLB, even though i've just realised that's a KB vol2 poster lol so I've no idea what they'll use for the matching DLB, or if there's another poster with a similar style available.

Too many unknowns. Will the Vol. 2 DL-B match this one at all? What do the lenticulars transition to? Will there eventually be a steel or premium for TWBA? Collecting has become too expensive to have to take the risks. I wish Manta would reveal whole series at once, and show what the transitional lentis are, instead of keeping so much hidden.

Assuming the back of the OC will be the sword through the list. But I think they might use the Japanese dvd art as a slip, as long as they don’t use the Japanese poster with the pink writing. I’m worried the red background and bride/ Pai Mei silhouette images will get used too. Sick of that artwork

And also the best poster for the film surely has to be used somewhere

I agree it's not as good as the yellow one for KB1, but I don't exactly hate it either... both posters are iconic to me at this point. Plus I'd much rather they matched the slips than do something completely different for KB2. There is a black version (think Nova used it for theirs?) which looks somewhat better. Or maybe Manta could even just do their own improved version to better match the KB1 FS, like they've already done with the back art to closer match the front.

I do agree with this, it’s still iconic. But It would be hilarious if they don’t knowing Mantas track record and I wouldn’t be mad

They've said right away, that they will try to fit it on a tripple layer 100gb disc, if it doesn't infere the quality, otherwise they're ready to split it.

Well they even do a quadruple layer if they need it.
