The Novamedia Kill Bill 1 OC isn’t that great in my opinion, it was just the only choice out there and came out years ago which is why its such a popular set, I sold mine a year or so ago for a nice profit when I knew Manta was eventually going to do both of them. The NM OC Box felt cheap and is lazy art imo. The NM Slips were just okay.

ML OC Box’s Art and feel will be better or I would be stunned. The Steelbook itself I prefer NM’s slightly. Also with most likely no TWBA Steelbook that makes the decision easier.

The Slips it will be hard to tell without having them in hand. I like the ML FS but the Lenti’s it’s hard to judge until we get some in hand shots. I’m down for an OC hoping it turns out better than we think and hope KB 2 will have some better art, I’m willing to gamble on Manta because we just won’t know until after the preorder.

Hopefully this deluxe set for TWBA reuses a lot of the tat that that edition comes with as that's the biggest selling point for me

I think it's worth it for the photobook alone, and the sheer size of it. If you order with free shipping. Or/and in a bundle with Jackie Brown.
Comparing to A Better Tomorrow Trilogy steelbook at the same AU$200 price especially.

DL-A looks alright, but it's just photos from the film, and I have the back on the NovaMedia Fullslip:

They've said right away, that they will try to fit it on a tripple layer 100gb disc, if it doesn't infere the quality, otherwise they're ready to split it.

The stock photos don't show it, but the Imprint box set includes 2 full slips. You can customize the Imprint box set by putting the 2 Lionsgate 4K steelbooks inside the full slips - that's what I'm going to do.

I’ve also only just realised they’ve added blood splatter to the full slip front image poster.
They’ve actually photoshopped the blood splatter from the French Poster. Thought something wasn’t right with the Full slip image. (Not that I’m complaining, I like it) And then of course they’ve done the same with the back

i guess they wanted to use the full image but werent allowed to unless they put a real picture of uma on the front (such studio demands happen all the time iirc)? so nova settled for this compromise.. but who knows..
