AJ’s Zodiac Series interprets astrological signs through AJ’s unique lens, allowing for beautifully intricate pieces full of metaphors, symbols, and motifs. We love AJ’s insight into his pieces, and here’s what he shared about Leo: “Represented by the lion and ruled by the sun, Leos are the kings and queens of the celestial jungle. Bold, vivacious, theatrical, and passionate, I embodied these traits with intense color, blue for divinity and red for humanity. A triangular composition leaves no doubt who is the center of attention, yet conveys the stability, loyalty and consistency that also define the fiery sign. Leos can’t help but to shine, with this painting I hoped to capture just a glint of that light.”
