I've picked up a few other items since this picture (digibook, vinyl/record, poster, postcards), but I can't be bothered to get them all together and take a new picture.

Yep, Sigill is correct... it came with the FNAC set. The book is all in French though, so if you don't speak French and intend to read it, then it might be a waste of time... unless you just want it for collecting purposes of course.
