Fellow funkos, I thought I'd share (my very small) collection.
Only found the funko section a few weeks ago and I bought my first one in December 2013 which was the joker dark knight version when I was working at HMV.
I said to myself that I wouldn't go mad on these and I would only get the ones that mean something to me or I really like the design but only if I'm also a fan of that character and that managed to last just over a year.
There are many great designs but of characters I'm not a fan off and also I don't want to go too mad.
Anyway I ordered baby groot last year (still not arrived and it was despatched the Thursday before last from zavvi) and I also got the batman pop with the justice z box and that kinda started it all up because in the last 2 weeks I've pre ordered Thanos 6", Nebula and the collector from zavvi and I have a few on bid and watching on eBay.
Yesterday I managed to win the joker batman loot crate exclusive for £15.50 and the goonies sloth superman for £11.50 (was £14.00 but had £2.50 of nectar points to spend) both from eBay plus I won a best offer for gamora for £7.90 and they are all on the way to me and I also got a slimer the other day from Amazon.
I'm not too bothered about completing sets because I don't have the money, room or I'm not a fan of what the rest look like.
I will hopefully pre order the avengers set 2 of iron man because I think that looks cool.
The other ones I'm interested in are BMO, ghost rider, wolverine, cyclops, dumbo, scarface, Joffrey and a few others but will probaly pick one up every month or 2 now.
Has anyone else not received their baby groot from zavvi yet? Also how long do they take to arrive from zavvi? My slimer was sent on Friday and arrived Saturday from Amazon.
Anyway here is what I own so far and will post pics of the other 4 when I receive them
