Yeah this is a bold move doing a reprint. It was one thing doing it with Alien and Prometheus but at least they were technically different slips even though the pricing is insane all around.

Here they are saying adding discs with exactly the same visuals warrants a reprint with a new set of numbering.

Cheers. I don't follow that thread anymore. I saw it reposted in here earlier. I still don't think it's a reprint personally, but they've evidently found enough discs to fill excess copies to try and flog them for crazy money.

All releases have same amounts as previous release. Only difference is the discs and 4K sticker applied. Fair to say this IS a reprint of both slips/boxes and numbering will be duplicate to previous release. Fraudulent imo

I must've missed that. Have they actually said that there's like 4,000 copies available? Or is that the amount available to buy on the website? If it just states the run in the listings, I wouldn't really pay attention to that, as it could be left populated from the initial release, along with the date.

I can’t imagine they had any / many of the original numbered release just hanging around.

Nope, all guiding text has changed to reflect added discs. There's a full print run done.

It still has the "available from date" as the original listing though, so who knows. Guess we'll have to wait for someone to buy one and see. Honestly, it'd be pretty daft for them to do an entire new full print run for the release, as they will simply not sell them them all at those prices.

I think they just gathered discs somewhere for all those editions they have left and fill those with the discs, because it should sell better like that (but not for those prices lol). Only they would need to unseal and seal it again. I dont think they did the full print run again, they dont have finance for it

OK, I just bought this, take one for team Ninja. Recently delivered to my door by drone in record time, and I have it open... potato photo embedded, so sorry for shoddy quality.

That steelbook seems like a knockoff if you want my opinion. Inspired by Zed from Zardoz methinks. The discs were cardboard coasters, who'd have thought it, bargain
