It used to be like that before the days of RC membership when people used the WELCOME346 code on the UK site for 10% off. But it didn't seem to ever work until it was live for a few minutes. Then it would get disabled after working for a bit.

No it's just sometimes these go live on the US site at the same time as RC member time in the UK. It doesn't happen for all steelbooks. It's pretty random. No rhyme or reason.

You get about 10/15 minutes to use the codes on pre orders. Sometimes they last longer... rarely

Star Wars pre orders you literally get about 2 minutes to use a code if that

This is live on the US site now and people in the US are ordering. If this doesn't go live for the rest of Europe for another 8 hours...

This could be another major cockup like with A New Hope. Zavvi might shut this down, have it show sold out and then restart it again later like they did with A New Hope.

People will be screaming about missing out like with ANH only to have it come back again. And then miss out again.
