At the beginning wasn't the finnish word Sisu described as untranslatable but in essence closest to the definition of hardiness, stoicism, grit - to never give up.It’s supposed to be ridiculous and over the top. The reason is also the name
I might have taken you up on that but I just blew 138 quid on the Harry Potter dark arts set on amazon cos it's on sale.Got 1 copy not yet spoken for in my group buy! https://www.hidefninja.com/community/resources/crank-4k-blu-ray-steelbook.1638/
Perfect opportunity to combine with Sisu!
It kinda reminded of inglorious basterds meets overlord but much more simple and the guy is a finish John wick just wanting to keep his gold safe lol. Completely unrealistic but you know that going inThat is one awesome looking steelbook! Still need to check out the film before I consider a purchase though.
Well I love all those movies so should technically love this too. The trailer and clips I've seen have all impressed me anyway, so my hopes are high!It kinda reminded of inglorious basterds meets overlord but much more simple and the guy is a finish John wick just wanting to keep his gold safe lol. You could say the same about John Wick.....
Not seen it.
I think I've grown out of these type of movies.
I never thought I'd get here, damn!
It's because 90% of everything else is so crappy, people now get excited about a decent, good movie, that would be average, 3rd release on any Wednesday in the 90s.I thought this movie was really good although I felt it was somewhat slower paced than I was expecting. I did find it slightly overrate but only because it was massively highly rated from several sources.
Usually they're so called catalog releases, but this one is new.I'm surprised to see this priced at $31.99, usually Lionsgate steelbooks are priced in the $21.00 range.
Indeed, and the 6 'chicks with guns' in a row has a definite 'grindhouse' look! The way it was broken up into chapters and that on screen font gave it a slight Tarantino vibe also!!

I assumed it was the back art and had just been packaged the wrong way aroundDid they change their mind on the cover? Or is there more than one cover?
