If this trend of majority of print run going for 1 click continues then maybe we need a different type of GB. The GB host buys as many 1clicks as they can and then splits up the 1clicks into individual versions to then distribute to members so that the "wealth is more evenly distributed ".
Crazy idea???? Maybe?? But it could work.

1 clicks are most difficult to allocate to GB's. They can sell it on the site easy without any problems. No strategy will work. Its simple demand exceeds supply case. Ebay Seller, Amazon Seller whatever it is..someone is buying it so people who want to buy premium steelbooks has gone up over the years. I assure you if I dont host GB's people will still be crying that they missed out as they did before I hosted them.

I think I was right. Kids run Novamedia.
Everything they do seems so random...
Never seen more one-clicks than individual copies.
Next release will be total print run 1,800.
Full Slip A 600, Full Slip B 600, Lenti 600,
One-Clicks 600.

you are on the GB list right? Why are you worried :D I mean should you be worried?

I ain't even gonna play on the day ...

More than happy adding just 1 x Fullslip B to the cart and trying to checkout. Every time I try and add multiple items all hell breaks loose ...

Get kicked out of checkout, get to the last page and told one of 3 items added is now out of stock etc etc etc

People under estimate the work and co ordenation that go into the work done as a GB Host . The checking packing readdressing posting . All done to help others complete a wish to own something beautiful and endearing .

GB Hosts on HDN and any other forum have nothing other than my gratitude and love .

Someone will always be willing to take on the mantel of the one before . Seen it before more than once unfortunately .

The more popular a relise the higher the demand .

Good luck and love to everyone trying to secure a copy or copy's of what they need :) .

That goes without saying. And I think most people know and appreciate the hard work of a GB host.

Most of the complaint posts (including mine) were concerning the marketing politics of Novamedia, not GBs in general or even the GB host himself.
The more popular a release, the higher the demand, so they lower the print run? Very logical.
They set the deadline for GB, without showing the artworks. I think @Aniv also just followed their instructions. He even did his best to offer us the option to back up if we don't like the artwork. But is that customer friendly from Novamedia? No.

I agree, my complaints about this whole situation are not aimed at GB hosts and like you say they are most likely following instruction from nova, it's the way nova are dealing with this is where my complaint lays

this hasn't even gone live and people are losing their ****. just wait until pre order day when 95% of people don't get a copy. the **** is gonna hit the fan
I agree Friday 27th the thread will go mental with posts about trying to access nova website and not been able to complete checkout
I even doubt the nova website will stay online long enough for anyone to order direct

Nova have under estimated the demand for this release especially with them adding the lenti spine magnet
It's not any of the various GB hosts on different web forums fault how this release is been done it's Nova themselves who have organised this release not in the best way for their customers

Their Facebook page on Friday 27th will be mental with annoyed customers

Novamedia will just ignore the comments and keep doing the same mistakes.

This. nova doesn't care, they will always be sold out day 1 for their popular titles. Pretty sure they would even be able to sell ''Mystery titles'' via GB. collecting isn't the same nowadays but it is what it is.
Really hoping to get this but will just hold out for a future release if I can't.

But nowadays we hardly know which edition is going to be one to keep so it's almost like you have to buy every one just to decide. I wish they could go ahead and have all the components ready and be able to show live pictures before the pre-orders begin. That way you know up-front what everything will look like. How many times has something been long soldout before we get in-hand pics, and everyone is like Aw! If I knew the fullslip had that texture I would have went for it, blah blah blah...
