I never requested a rescheduled delivery date.
Surely this is bad practice by Amazon here? Fine if you can't deliver today, but don't record that I have requested this. (n)

Lol, my RMail postman does this all the time. Yesterday, I was waiting in for parcel collection and I received an email stating that it couldn't be taken because the package wasn't wrapped correctly...I was sat by the door. What was it? A Ghost postman who came by, checked my parcel and denied it?
So freaking cheeky to blame the customer who paid for the service you didn't even deliver! :LOL:

lol amazon done that to me before also and even in chat they blamed me saying I requested it when I did not do anything! so ended up getting £5 voucher from em lol
 
Was also charged early hours. Tbh I’m glad it’s looking a bit poor because I’m so happy with the Regan slip art and edition that I don’t think I need to waste £70 on this.

So fingers crossed I’m not impressed in hand and I can just send it back for a refund. But so far the pics don’t impress me at all and the wonky-ness and giant size of that stupid numbering sticker kinda ruins the back of that box a little too.
Which one is the regan slip art buddy?

Just spoke to them and the person handling the customer service chat was useless. Literally displayed no understanding to my issue with the delivery and how wrong it is to blame me. They kept using 'copy & paste' answers and repeating themselves. They then cut me off when I requested to speak to their supervisor. Fuming!!

Going in again now for round 2..
 
Mine was a "new" order, just shipped now. Coming tomorrow.
No rhyme or reason to Amazon. I ordered when it was first up, have prime, and not shipped yet.

Not that it matters when it comes, as the guy who delivered my last few Amazon orders clearly booted them down the drive in big Herman Munster goon shoes while shouting “GOOOAAAAALLLLL!!”, so it’ll probably be getting sent straight back anyway.

I don't think folk have nerves about this item simply because it's something that is unbelievably fantastic. It's more down to the way the order process has been handled by Amazon. Had this not been an Amazon exclusive (and an Amazon UK or EU exclusive), folk would be more confident that they'll be getting their orders. Amazon ran out of stock, but still allowed folk to go through a pseudo order process on their website to be greeted by a red box with text saying order not completed, try again. Then, about a week or so ago, suddenly, Amazon allowed the orders to go through. For some folk. Those folk who eventually got through and past the 'red box' - like me - are worried we actually don't have valid orders, it's all a system glitch. Cos the alternative is paying silly money to eBay scalpers.

Update: They tried to fob it off as a 'technical glitch' for a problem at their sorting depot, but they gave me £5 for the inconvenience. I pushed to get this delivered today, but it's 99% likely to be tomorrow now. What a palaver!

Looks like this won’t be out for delivery after all even though it arrived 20 mins away from me at 3am.

Usually the tracking updates around midday to say “arriving today”. Maybe there’s still time but looking more doubtful now
