I'm pretty sure it's going to disappoint.

The original mock-up makes the outer box look pretty big and imposing. A nice focus point in the middle of anyone's Exorcist collection.

The actual item appears to be little more than UK VHS size, but I could be wrong. It certainly doesn't appear to be very impressive.

Guess I'll find out in an hour or two when mine turns up.

Pictures have already been posted days ago. People are already disappointed from those pictures.

So to all the people who have been worrying about this release pretty much since day 1.

Please, please...just stop ordering limited edition steelbooks. Or all steelbooks for that matter.

Received mine this morning. I absolutely love it, it feels very premium overall and justifies the price, I haven't a bad thing to say about it at all.

Usually the big head honcho companies disappoint but I couldn't be happier, Warner have excelled with this edition, for me it's a definitive Exorcist release!

Nice hefty weight to it alongside some tight slim and neat packaging, and yes, to quote someone above, kinda feels like an oversized (heavy) U.K. VHS box.

Hope all that are waiting on it have some patience, it's a beauty.

Just arrived safe and sound ....... lovely packaging from Amazon.
Looks like pre packed in its own box first then in standard mailer.
Arrived in mint condition so HAPPY DAYS.
Nice and heavy item as well.

I'm not displeased. It's got a fair chunk of weight to it. Definitely bigger than a VHS box (I was just going by previous pictures), but not big enough to call a display item really.

It it worth £70? I'd say probably not. But it is a nice thing.

Just received my copy. I agree with all the comments above. Nice set to have, worth £70, no. I took the j-card off very delicately, but still annoyed that there are 2 darker marks at top and bottom, not bubbles, where the glue has discoloured the front of the case, which is a shame. I'm hoping that the will dry in and become less dark as time passes.

Looks just like the mock-up to me and the finish is as I expected, so no real complaints from me. It's definitely overpriced though, but then so is every other release nowadays.

No. Hair drier. It came off easily after that, but still left little dark circles, one in each corner.

i dont think its a good idea to buy on ebay in a period of absolute panic... its almost guaranteed to be extra expensive
