Prefer the slip that comes with the Edition 1 but the lenti magnet that comes with Edition 2

Nice to see FAC are gonna be trying for depth lenti's but does that really warrant an extra 200CZK?

They think we're suckers is what's happening. You don't need an extra 200 CZK to have good lenticulars, that's madness.

For the past six months they've been charging us more for their releases (usually 100 CZK more expensive, sometimes 200 CZK, always for no reason), they better not do it again!

What next, if they produce collector cards (the most useless thing ever imo) with luxurious embossing they're gonna charge an extra 100 CZK?!

Korean retailers may deliver expensive products, but they've never upped the price based on "okay we're really gonna try with the lenticular on this one".

As it is, 799 CZK for The Revenant is fine, I guess- even if similar releases were 699 CZK last year.

I held off buying this steelbook, I'm interested in the Leo edition, but for me real excitement is with Manta Lab's releases on this title.

@Bunk Indeed, 3D depth or flip-flop, their cost is the same. The only thing that's different is which feature of the software to use to get the desired effect. One could argue that 3D depth may not be as easy/takes more work and thus justifies an additional cost but as someone who has fiddled around with creating his own lentis (a short-lived hobby ), I know for a fact that it's not that hard provided you have the suitable artwork for 3D depth.

Although I don't agree with the move, I don't blame them, it's a business, and the fruit is hanging real low.

On the other hand and in the interest of fairness, they could have perhaps switched vendors and the new vendor is charging a higher fee than the previous one and they've passed on the difference to the buyer.

@digitalbabe #teamfac ,since I collect all FAC I will get this. Anyway I don`t like that they want to make 3D depth lenti and charge 200czk extra for that, sorry but that is simply a joke. I like the flip-flop effects, so if the change only results in a price increase I hope they will not do it.

I hope that this doesn't mean future FACs will have 200CZK higher price. They could do a test with some future FAC without increasing the price to see if people like the new lenti and then increase the price if they really must do it.
