Reciever set on NeoX Cinema for all films(Dredd and Expendables 2 have NeoX optimisations/optimizations.)
Since I have The Bourne Identity on DVD and Blu-ray, sometimes I use that film to show the difference in quality.
Spider-Man (Raimi, 1) works great for sound, and Beauty and the Beast for showing that hand-drawn cartoons benefit from blu-ray releases (if done well)
My blu Ray has the subwoofer and 5 speaker around the room and for pic and sound to show people I use the dark knight , the 1st bit when the bank robbery take place
For a full spectrum in one shot (Sound- High Frequency to Subwoofer, Picture- Reference Blacks to Daylight)
THE DARK KNIGHT and PACIFIC RIM do a great all around job.
I also use the Train Crash scene from Super8. The opening of Into Darkness gets used alot too as does the opening of Transformers 4. If one of my guests wants a Star Wars movie though, it is always the opening of Revenge of the Sith.
