I'm interested in finding out what the most important aspect of a video game steelbook is to you.

Vote in the poll and/or comment with your opinions!

Great topic! :scat:

It has to be a great game! Great art and G2 (in gaming only) are secondary. By exemple, my Zelda steel for the Wii. It's G1 and has the barcode on the back but the game is AWESOME!!!

I said other, since I'm not buying the game unless I want to play it anyway, the art and the size of the case are the two most important parts

I voted Other.

I buy steelbook that has nice artwork. It must have inside artwork. I hate opening a PS3 steelbook or knowing the fact that it's just bare bone silver metal. I'm paying $40+ for the case only so I expect it to have inside artwork.

debossed/emobssed/G2/bling effect are just extra icing on the cake for me.

I prefer G2, but I accept G1 as well since both are steelbook...so size is not as important to me than the artwork.

I stop playing games for over a year now LOL...so the quality of the game doesn't matter to me.

Also, if I follow my own rules of collecting, then it helps cut down on the wallet...

OTHER:
right now for me it's just the steelbook that I like, but crazy prices (especially if it's just the case!) is deal breaker! no time to play games anymore...

Hey, I didn't know you guys moved this thread...from STEELBOOKS to the VIDEO section...

I've chosen "other as well". First think I look at is the general artwork.

Most of the games we can get cheap after a few weeks/months, and the embossing/debossing on a steel are nice but I can live without them.

So I'm with Jessel on this one :)
