I'm not sure why I took so long to get started, it's not like me :D

My first :blu-ray: steelbook was the Paramount Centenary Edition of Saving Private Ryan, which was £10.99 from Play in August. I then went on a frantic spending spree :scat:

First on BD were Akira and Metropolis in a double whammy for about £17 each. First actual steelbook was the Withnail & I DVD set with the soundtrack disc.

Robin Hood £6.50 off ebay bought accidently didn't know what a steelbook was back then.:emb:

"Drive" was the first one I bought knowingly and still my favorite now.

My son bought me the expendables steel for Xmas couple of years back and I didn't even know what it was. I've now 2 years later started a collection. Damn I wish I had started back then I've missed some great titles. I have about 12 on the shelf and about 15 on per order.

My first was Romano Ciminale on DVD, I bought it for £5 years ago. Never once watched it, then sold it off on ebay for £5.

My first G2 was machette, my brother got it for me one christmas a year or so ago.
I didn't appreciate steelbooks at the time, after throwing the J card away I found it slightly annoying that the case had no running time info etc..

Now currently have 19 after 2 months, with a few due in the post.
I have definately been hooked in!
