I think there will be a character dying FOR SURE!
But who... can't be any of the "real" main Avengers, since Civil War is going on later, so i think Black Widow or Hawkeye could be hit by Ultron.

I think someone will. Some of the actors are only portraying the characters now because they are contract bound.
