Anybody have any idea how long Zavvi generally take to get a replacement sent out?

My Black Hawk Down was about a week.

It's been 15 days since i sent Bad Boys back to them. I've sent proof of postage to them and it's still not got to their warehouse, apparently. My Wolverine came with a tear in the seal and my Man on Fire came with the seal half off.

Speak to them and ask to speak to a manager, complain and I promise you they will resolve it quicker& also ask for compensation

If you know what the number is, there may be a cheaper alternative. You can look up alternative phone numbers for companies with premium rate numbers HERE

After a quick search I found a landline number Zavvi. I don't know if its the same number mentioned above that they're not answering now or not. 01606 336169 Even if its the wrong department, they can put you through to the correct one and it won't be a premium rate call. I try this all the time and works with other companies, but then again we're talking Zavvi here.

Yes. I couldn't find a number on Zavvi's website, only email addresses.

Greedy bastards and I bet they keep you hold for ages. Some of us don't have access to a land line during office hours. My parents have had 0844 and 0845 extension numbers put on their BT account so they only pay local rates for them.

Tbh@times they do. I always use sayno, however I also have a 0845 addon. The 0870 calls are free!

I agree this is one of the most stunning looking steelbooks ever! I just picked this up on Zavvi a couple of days ago for the low and the only reason why I can explain this still being available is because of the movie itself not being that good or newly found stock... Either way one of the BEST EVER as far as artwork!

But, yeah. I used it to finally pick this one up for myself. Not a big fan of the movie, but the steelbook is really nice and I'll definitely want one to go with the inevitable steel for the sequel coming out this year.
