I think that's sensible, look what happened with Deadpool 3 in the US and now there's a solid reason for other regions to import copies so I don't think it's all that surprising it might sell out.Just put my order in on WOW HD. This seems to be sold out already on Amazon and on Walmart as well. Also read on another site that it's already gone on Please Rewind too, therefore FOMO hit and I had to order now, lol.
They'll probably stock more copies if it happens but as the price is reasonable I saw no reason not to place an order especially as the WoWHD price was pretty decent.
Agreed. I also don't get how other users suggested waiting because the price might drop.
I'm looking at you @Wally1988 ! You've actually cost me an additional .59€, because apparently the exchange rate changed since I had it in my cart 2 days ago.
Also looking at you @paulboland ! Doesn't look like the price will drop.. I mean why would it? It's SOLD OUT on Amazon and on Walmart. Also even if the price were to drop, that wouldn't be of much use to me, because I can't order from Walmart. I could order from Amazon, but even with a price drop I'd probably get a better price and better packaging going with WOWHD.

I don't care either way since I stopped buying Disney steelbooks because of the price increase. But when an Amazon (and in this case, other retailers like Movies Unlimited, etc.) listing page disappears entirely it could mean it was pulled down for whatever reason and not that the steelbook is sold out for good. It could be that Disney told them to pull it and that it'll go live again at some point.

SteelBook is not sold out it's been pulled for now for some reason it will likely be back listed at some stage if the release still happening

I would have gone with Wow hd, but reading recent reviews for delivering to UK, they have shifted from using Royal Mail to Evri, and since then, deliveries are "going missing" or not turning up until weeks later. Evri are shocking .

Evri is usually bad because of the people they hire, if you find a good person with them for your route then they're actually fine, easier to get refunds from than RM. I don't like em though, they're often more expensive than RM and the service just feels worse but I will say this, recently RM lost a package of mine for nearly 2 months and it just shows up randomly and now I've got another package that's just disappeared into a black hole with them with no updates for nearly 2 weeks on what is supposed to be a 24 hour service. Which is worse than I've had to deal with when it comes to Evri, it can be damn hard to get RM to even care about your lost packages.
Wasn't it because they really bumped the price on some of their recent releases like Deadpool 3? That thing launched at what? Nearly $60? With that reasoning in mind it makes sense to wait but in this case at $45 I don't see a reason to delay, it's going to sell well surely?Agreed. I've been checking back on these listings and still haven't seen it in stock to purchase from Walmart
Same here, every day, check amazon, Walmart and target and nothing. I figured it would come back in a few days. Find it really hard to believe a mass produced disney release is sold out.
My guess is something got pushed back or delayed or something. Like maybe there's a problem with the discs, for example.
Same although the amount they've charged me is completely wrong, I ordered 3 things and there's no combination of those 3 which come out to the total they've charged. They've done some wonky things in the past but always corrected later so I assume it's more of the same.
If they have stock of the steel though why is this title down everywhere? Did they mess up production size or something? That'd be a little silly for their 4th biggest grossing film of all time.
Nothing happening at Amazon. Just hope I get it. Love t he movie and the art looks nice, which it should given the prices they charge.
I didn’t realize it was coming out next week. They may ship a little early, but not a week early. Given that the listing on Amazon is gone, and I didn’t look at the top of this page, i didn’t really know when the release date was.
Nope. All it says on my order page is, "We'll contact you" when they have a shipping date.
Looks outrageous. Mines arriving tomorrow. Gona be p!ssed if it arrives f**ked
