IMO I think Zavvi should change this default 'Sold out' sign to something like 'Pre order - Coming soon.' It would look much more professional.

It seems like with their current strategy, it cause more of a demand to have the site say "sold out".

I don't. Potential buyers might not look for it anymore.
If 1000 potential buyers who are not on a forum see it is as 'sold out', they will probably just buy a different edition and don't care about steelbooks too much.

If it says 'pre-order coming soon', they will probably keep checking the site (which is also better for Zavvi), and pre-order it once the pre-orders go live.

You can't even find the page via the site when it says sold out. We only have the link because Wreck has been sent it. Zavvi don't need it to say anything else, because literally no one is looking at it apart from us.

Since this is Region B, it will only work on blu ray players from mainly Europe right? I do open my steelbooks and watch the films. I would love to have this released in North America.

Going by past experiences, I'm guessing this will be region free.

I was only agreeing with the conclusion he arrived at with the strategy he believes zavvi is using. so relax and take deep breaths I am all for a button that says coming soon.

Like someone else said Aladdin face looks weird, like he's been drawn by a seven year old, absolutely bloody awful. Would much prefer just the genie and title on the front. Least it's only temporary.. I hope!!

It's the same artwork on most of the new release amaray editions.

Happy about this. It'll go nice with my Finding Nemo that's on pre-order. Hopefully more Disney releases on the way. For my daughter to watch but additions to my steelbook collection.

Totally agree, Smisla. I'd love to see a UK Tangled release, plus Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid and Pinnochio.
