Did they try to also overcharge on the pre-order period, with the price posted when they started, was I right to assume they were more expensive than now?

Honestly, I'm just happy I've had a reasonably amicable end with them now, as I had expected a much worse result - to receive nothing at all, and for a complete loss of money!

I ordered Shawshank when preorder first went up, and added Isle of dogs to the order later to split shipping. Then 3+ years later, what we all knew was coming, they cancelled everything.

They refunded Shawshank credit to my account and started to process Isle of dogs April 1st, so I quickly rummaged through their listings for the cheapest non pos FAC they had in stock, which for me was FAC 107 Deadpool 2 E2, and emailed them.

Surprisingly they responded to my email request straight away, added Deadpool to my order, used my credit, and changed my delivery address. They didn't even request the extra 700czk ~ £25 that the new invoice total shows over my previous order.

Granted, Deadpool 2 E2 was near half the price prior to their inflation tatics of late, so it's no actual loss of money to them, but I thought that was a relatively decent move all the same.

Anyway.. The order was shipped April 2nd, passed UK customs with no additional fees April 3rd, and is now due to be delivered April 7th, after the bank holiday. All in all, that could've gone far worse, and I don't have any worthless credit left sat with FAC.
