Damn! I just bought this and The Way of Water on 4K just over one month ago, a real shame because I would have rather had these two instead.
I called it when the 4k came out. Didn't I call it. I said they would drop the extended cut on 4k and we would all be ******* stupid enough to buy it.
Also what is the 3rd cut I don't think I have seen that one. I have seen the Theatrical and the extended, or at least an extended version.

I think so. I mean this isn't Warner, Diamond Luxe line, with Gremlins, Batman, Forest Gump and the like were theirs, as is this new Target slate of Shazam 2, The Flash, and Fast X under a different, generic name, but it should be similar plastic pockets with some sort of slide-in holder. The discs don't scratch - you can't scratch these new BDs and UHDs with a sharp knife. That's just a misconception from the DVD days.

Not yet, and not likely. A new 3D release is coming separately though, available domestic and internationally.

I have to say I did not saw, owned or encountered those kinds, but is very similar/close to the ones I mentioned (which I have).
The most eloquent for me was the video clip, and also that edition of The Flash is GREAT! Maybe Andy (@apsmith21) could help sourcing one for me too?
