I have this weird feeling that hulk vs Hulkbuster will open the movie.

I think the Hulkbuster armour will be in the middle of the film. Ultron can mind-control simple minds. When the Avengers discover that he can control Banner when he is The Hulk (a simple mind), Stark must build the suit for that purpose.
That is my take on it.
