Ah rubbish. Probably why I stopped paying it.
So it works for the first few minutes of pre order but not even when it’s in stock.
My RC subscription is due to renew early next month, but my card has expired so it's telling me to 'resolve' 
Honestly considering not to bother renewing again, my purchases from zavvi have dramatically decreased the past year or so anyway and I find myself mostly placing pre-orders in FOMO to only end up cancelling the majority before they charge/ship 
Obviously there are the few rare exceptions where I really want something, but the fact you can have this so-called 'Red Carpet VIP' status and not be able to use the code on in-stock items is total BS

It’s weird. Some buy now it works on and a lot it don’t. It’s a scam
Another thing that’s missing is the handbook of the recently deceased writing on the folder
got my copy from amazon and it's totally damaged. they shipped it in this super thin mailer
