Italian releases of Warner & Universal boxsets always have English inside, they only change the j-card.

You should switch to Euro, most banks' internal exchange rate is better, than Amazon's.

If you based in Scotland and mean Import fee listed in your order that's Vat which you always paid and nothing has changed

When was the last time you placed an order for Blu-ray releases from Amazon EU websites Italy/France/Germany etc

Did customs hit you for paymemt before delivery as that should not happen with Amazon USA and Amazon EU websites items listed as Amazon as seller and dispatched by amazon they collect vat (aka Estimated Import Fee or listed as Estimated Vat) on order at checkout

Was your order Amazon as the seller or from a third party seller on Amazon Italy

Oh, I know what I did wrong in that instance and no it wasn’t Amazon. I’ll admit I hadn’t preordered anything from Europe since… well, Brexit! So, yeah, I got stung. But appropriately so.
